The above noted controller (P/N MS-FEU1610-OU) functions exclusively as a communication device and not an I/O device in this application.  All I/O handling will be done by ADI equipment (80pt driver boards controlled by Z-card(s) which  will communicate switch and led  functions to the FEU controller).  See JCI Technical Bulletin (12011252.pdf) for more details about how these components function together.
