Electrical Engineer

Position: Seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the development, testing, and fielding of advanced OEM’s. Responsibilities include research, design, modification, and evaluation of electronic systems. Collaborate with project leads on system design across various platforms. Provide detailed analysis and technical documentation.

Proficiency in technical problem-solving.

Ability to interpret schematics and create interface controls.

Experience with circuit simulation tools like PSpice or LTSpice
Skills Preferred:
-
Proficient in Autodesk design software AutoCAD, Eagle, and AutoCAD Electrical.

Microcontroller and microprocessor experiences including firmware programming, I2C, SPI, RS232, and RS485.
-
Develop and interpret electrical schematics, engineering prints, and specifications.
Experience Required:
-
Analog and digital circuit design experience.
-
Technical documentation development.
-
Experience in designing multilayer PCB with optimized layouts.

Experience with PCB design and layout.
-
Experience with embedded code programming.
Experience Preferred:
-
Experience designing electrical circuits for embedded controllers and control panels.

Experience with communications protocols, BACnet, Modbus, and Ethernet.

Experience with Building Automation Controls and PLC controls.
-
Familiarity in programming languages: C, C++, C#, Python, and HTML.
Education Requirements:
-
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Ensure packaging of products are done in a safe and proper manner.

Ensures consistency in packaging of panels and follow standard work instructions.

Plays a role in ensuring inventory levels for packaging supplies are maintained.

Works to support Management and production team to ensure expectations of quality and efficiency are being met.

Supports improvement opportunities and is willing to offer suggestions as it relates to manufacturing.

Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality.

Must be or become forklift certified.

Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year working in manufacturing environment.

At least 1 year experience driving a forklift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
