CURRENT POSITIONS:

Account Manager

Job overview: 

The Account Manager will collaborate with and provide direct assistance within sales, account management, and customer service. The Account Manager will nurture current customer relationships and serve as a direct point of contact for new customers and project requests. The Account Manager should possess excellent communication skills, business software experience, and analytical problem-solving skills related to engineering and manufacturing industries and professionals.

Pay

  • $50,000-$55,000 p./year

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Function as lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customer.

  • Timely respond and process RFQ's to meet customer needs. 

  • Utilize Microsoft SharePoint, CRM, Manufacturing, and Account systems daily to move the customer through the pipeline. 

  • Work with the team to establish and communicate due dates for shipping ordres and meeting customer needs. 

  • Provide project updates to the customers as needed for changes and updates. 

  • Work with Account Estimator to ensure all documents and information needed from the customer is readily available for quotes to ensure accuracy and timely completion. 

  • Follow up with customer throughout the process from submittal to order delivery. 

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. 

  • Manage customer satisfaction with quality check and other follow-up activities

  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to met goals. 

  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors (product, price, and sales), and report findings to the Sales and Marketing Manager.  

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing customer base. 

  • Assist with Sales and Marketing initiatives and strategic planning. 

  • Supports the Vision, Values, and Misson Statement within the company. 

  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the company. 

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

  • Be willing to grow and learn about the industry. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years customer account management or business experience.

  • Must have strong business-to-business mentality and sales processes with ability to build and maintain strong, longstanding rapport with customers. 

  • Must have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and strive working independently. 

  • Must have the ability to multi-task and ultize internal resources. 

  • Must have experience in delivering customer-focused solutions. 

  • Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.​​

Skills

  • Excellent communication and written skills, strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and deadline/detail oriented. 

Knowledge

  • Business software, manufacturing software, and Active Campaign (CRM). 

Abilities

  •  Experience communicating and collaborating with engineering teams and project managers. 

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday / 7:00AM-3:30PM -OR- 8:00AM-4:30PM

Control Panel Technician

Job overview: 

The Control Panel Technician will collaborate and assist the engineering, manufacturing, and production department in relationship to wiring, build, and ongoing panel testing. The Control Panel Technician must maintain a high level of personal safety and professional proficiency to ensure optimal warehouse conditions and business growth.

  • Hourly; experience based

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Wire and build electrical control panels according to customer specifications.

  • Work with hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics. 

  • Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines. 

  • Perform panel testing.  

  • Assit in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep tight deadlines.

  • Work with others to formulate a reasonable time frame if original deadlines cannot be met. 

  • Packaging/shipping of control panels upon completion. 

  • Assist with shipping and receiving of job materials and parts.  

  • Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality and function.

  • Assit with inventory tracking and detailing for appropriate ordering. 

  • Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times. 

  • Supports the Vision, Values, and Misson Statement within the company. 

  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the company. 

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree. (Required) 

  • 5+ years or electrical experience. (Required)

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. (Required) 

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, direct and indirect department collaboration, assembly and/or production, and a high level of awareness to ensure personal and professional safety at all times. 

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of basic engineering and manufacturing panel design function, wiring, building, ongoing panel testing, and warehouse safety.  

Abilities

  •  Be able to perform daily tasks safely to ensure optimal warehouse conditions and business growth, to work independently with limited supervision, to be able to solve practical problems and work effectively with customers, vendors, and other departments.

Design Engineer 

Job overview: 

The Design Engineer will collaborate and assist the engineering, manufacturing, and production department in relationship to custom control panel and/or display solution development, testing, and product lifecycle maintenance. The Design Engineer must maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, and expertise including but not limited to drawing software, custom design, and engineering software and communication protocol processes.

Pay

  • $21.00 - $26.44 p./hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Work as part of a design team developing custom control panels and displays from concept and support them through the product lifecycle. 

  • Work with customers to ensure the product will conform to their requirements and meet their needs. 

  • Willingness to work independently and manage several projects at the same time.

  • Interpret customer drawings and technical requirements and work with customers to resolve design issues. 

  • Create detailed written communication documenting processes to be used. 

  • Manage time to draw multiple design projects at a time to meet customer timelines.

  • Support lead engineers by detailing drawings and documenting specifications.

  • Design enclosures.

  • Design panel and touch screen graphics. 

  • Design cut paths for digital prints in Adobe Illustrator.

  • Design single layer printed circuit boards in 2D CAD software. 

  • Must have strong communication skills and work well in a team environment. 

  • Supports the Vision, Values, and Misson Statement within the company. 

  • Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the company.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in relevant filed. (Required) 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AutoCAD. (Required) 

  • Proficient in Microsoft, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator. (Required) 

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills, effective business correspondence/reporting, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business operating systems, proficient in the use of design and/or programming software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of engineering or technical operations, knowledge of blueprint reading, skilled in the use of design and/or programming software and various other manufacturing systems, an understanding of component and/or electronics/electrical manufacturing products. 

Abilities

  •  Be able to perform daily tasks safely, to work independently with limited supervision, to be able to solve practical problems and work effectively with customers, vendors, and other departments.
